Is 2026 the year you sort your Presence and Wardrobe at Work?
A practical workshop on how personal style influences confidence, authority, and presence and how to use it intentionally at work
Is 2026 the year you stop feeling invisible, overlooked, or slightly out of step at work?
The year you match your expertise to your wardrobe.
Perhaps you’ve noticed your confidence dip, your impact soften, or your presence fade into the background.
Perhaps your circumstances have shifted, you're travelling more or stepping into a new role?
Or maybe nothing is “wrong” - you simply want to feel more elevated, assured and intentional in how you show up in your career.
If that resonates, this workshop is for you.
Power Your Presence at Work is a 2-hour immersive workshop session designed to help you reconnect with your personal authority, strengthen your confidence, and use your wardrobe as a strategic tool to support your professional presence.
This is not about dressing to please others or following rigid rules.
It’s about re-engaging with your own sense of power — and letting what you wear support that from the inside out.
This workshop is not about clothes.
It’s about:
Being taken seriously without losing yourself
Navigating visibility, hierarchy and power at work
Reducing self-doubt and decision fatigue
Using appearance intentionally, rather than reactively
Checking in with your work wardrobe so you are prepared practically, mentally and emotionally - truly set up for 2026
At the heart of the session is this question:
“How do I look credible and confident at work without feeling like I’m performing, shrinking, or copying someone else?”
Why this matters
What we wear is one of the most immediate ways we communicate who we are — often before we say a word. It influences how others perceive us, but just as importantly, it affects how we feel.
When we show up in clothes that “will do,” rather than clothes that truly represent us, we lose energy, clarity and confidence. We second-guess ourselves. We stay in our heads. We wonder if we’re wearing the “right thing.”
This workshop offers inspiration — and permission — to recognise that feeling good about how you dress is not vanity. It’s a form of self-expression, self-care and professional strategy.
Your wardrobe is not superficial. It’s a tool.

Loulou has styled thousands of women worldwide, helping them reconnect with their wardrobes, reduce overwhelm and feel confident in their lives through having a wardrobe full of practical, wearable clothes that can be worn in many ways.
Loulou has styled her clients for red carpet events, BAFTAs and National Television Awards but it's really the work with the everyday women that is the most fulfilling.
Her business, The Styling Storey, was founded in 2016 after she used clothing as a tool to support her own mental health and relationship with her body. She believes deeply that style is a form of therapy — and that understanding how we dress can help us become stronger, more grounded, more open and more self-led.
If you’re ready to love what you wear, avoid future style mistakes, and define how you want to show up in 2026, Loulou is here to guide you.
We can’t wait to welcome you and why not bring a friend or collegue as there is a 2 4 1 offer and you can split the cost!
